im playing so much golf a week now im losing a lot of weight. worked it out last night i did 21613 yrds.(12.28miles) my youngest who needed to lose quite a bit is doing half of that plus he now does boxing every week and plays out on his bike his weight is going down quite a bit.
the plus side of it is im now playing 7 over par on one golf course ;)

I try to go to the onsite work gym for 45 mins before work every day

I eat food so that I have the energy to eat more food, doctors refer to this as the circle of life :y

I exercise in the car!! :D :D :D...................so not enough!! ::) ::) :P :P :P

try and have a play on the ol' wii fit as well, more fun than exercise though, but does get a sweat up!

We do about three miles most days since we have had the dog :o

We've been adopted by a retired greyhound who takes us walking a couple of times a day. Problem is it makes me feel hungry so defeats the object of hopefully losing weight! :D

I do the right arm heavy lifting exercise ( lifting a glass beer)
the wife want another bairn so I get enough exercise Lol.

and forgot to add: washing 2 cars minimum 2 times a week and frequent polishing (by hand)
ps: polish machine use only after sanding for deep scratches..

EDIT: Actually, the last time I exercised significantly was last week when I was going out checking beer with my CAMRA mates. I walked to Alton (3.5 Miles) on a very hot evening and was soon afterwards thrown out of the Conservative club bar (where we were testing beer as guests), ostensibly for wearing shorts. I suspect it had more to do with me sweating like an MP with a duck house catalogue. Couple of pints of St.Austell Tribute later and I was a bit more presentable though. ;D

Got well and truly sick of being insulted by the wii fit so gave up on it! >:(

but wore a step counter to work once and in five hours i went about 8000 steps. apparently that's not bad!
I've definitely been swimming this year. and if I recall, been to a gym too. not just for the bar either, but for a walk around :y
tired me out so had a coffee :)

For exercise I was thinking about getting a dog, does anybody know where i can buy one of those real type leads with about a mile and half on it :D.

I have an active job, so daily excercise.
2 Dogs, so more daily excercise.
Gym twice a week.
Golf every fortnight.
Badminton every now and again.
So I do get some excercise. Lost 16lb so far this year without trying too hard. 8-)
