Title: GNU is going ....

Well, mes braves  The QX has been checked over and MOT'd, insurance swaps over at the end of this month and GNU gets SORNed.

So -- as of the end of the month I will no longer be an omega driver.

It's been a fun ride ( apart from the regular ear bashing from SWMBO over the leather !!!! ). I shall miss the ability to pull away from lights and disappear before the guy behind has even started to pull off --- still in a V6 but half a litre less.

One good thing about the QX is that I am largely unaware of its inherent faults (despite having oned a couple over a number of years) and so don't drive around waiting for stuff to go awry  ::)  Ignorance sometimes is bliss !!!!!

STMO --- where there's a SORN there's hope  :)  It's one of those " has to go, but don't want it to go" moments.

Once she is "officially" off the road I will have a tinker with the LPG system ---- better to pass her on with a working LPG than not !!!!
