the conversation from a recent call to e-bay customer services-
me. hello is anyone there?
them. hello sorry i was looking the other way.
me. im phoning to file a non item receipt complaint.
them. can i take your details first, your member name, your full name, your address and postcode.
me. giving all my details....
them. sorry and your date of birth.
me. my d.o.b
them. do you have another date of birth, as well as that one?
me. nope i was only born once.......
them. oh erm i cannot proceed then...
me. why not?
them. can you fax me some form of i.d so i can proceed?
me. oh pi55 off, ive run out of my alloted amount of daily patience.
sound of phone being slammed down.
they really are the pits she did'nt ask for the correct spelling of the username so probably got someone elses d.o.b stupid timewasting woman......... >:(

Im glad to see its not just me who looses their head, i know how frustrating it can be to talk to someone whom has birds and butterflies going about in their heads, and is not concentrating on the job in hand, i made a word up for people like that ,the word is thrombows, it is an abbreviated term of thrombosis ,which means slow moving clots ,fits the person you were talking to a treat i think lol .Keep yor chin up and good luck with your plight ---JK ;) :y

They are all crap.  had em with BT and Sky both in the last 48 hours.  Why cant we keep the profits made , in Brittain.      It All Stinks

Thrombows. Love it and shall use that myself, thanks.
