just had to ring them for my pin number that was supposed to be written on my T&C (Not)
Seems all rated movies are passworded and is done by law for recording to the HDisk.
Also realised it allows me to record HD movies even though I have not subscribed to the films. To watch it though I have to subscribe.
Bloody pin numbers. :-/

My PIN was the last four on the viewing card. Once you've entered it once you can change it.

Something amiss there then, because it is always the last 4 digits of the viewing card number unless you have changed it previously.

That's where you were going wrong. It's supposed to be 4 digits. Putting two asteriks in wont work. ;D
