Where were you all at the time ??? I found out at about 2 am, sitting on the beach in Brighton.
I was travelling around a roundabout in Basingstoke in my brand new Cortina 1.6 Estate at about 0530 when I heard it on the half hour BBC radio news :'( :'( :'( ;) ;)

that was the only time we were allowed the news on

I was at home with the parents with the news on. I can just about remember my parents expressing regrets but i was a bit too young to really know much about it.

I was awakened by the sound of his voice this morning. ::)
