Title: British Steam Car Challenge

A British powered steam car team is currently in the United States to challenge the 127 mph steam car record.

They have done test runs at 131 mph, but have yet to have one officially recorded in this car:

How cool is that! Bet it's a bu66er to park down Tesco's though ;D ;D

Came across one of these at the weekend. Looks a bit more sedate. The owner had wimped out and fitted brakes too.  ;D

The record is only 1mph more than the steam rail record ::)
