Does anyone know what criteria you have to meet to enable you to purchase or rent a set of the red and white trade plates?

Got the page, but does anyone on here have any experience with these plates?

Full time or home trader or otherwise?

I believe you can be full time or part time andeven work from home.  The purpose of tradeplades is to allow the movement of vechicles for the purpose of your business (Cough) You will require traders insurabce to use them.
