OK, this is a typo, but you'd think that Ed Miliband's Department of Energy and Climate Change would scrutinise their propaganda a bit better.

Why do we have to wait so long for brum to boil cant they push more pollutants out so it happens quicker??????    ::) ::) ::) ::) :P
