The PC variety, not the cheese nibbling kind.
Logitech LX6 cordless optical. Less than 4 months old.
Cursor moves ok, right and left clicks just fine, but scroll wheel does nothing. :-?
Worked fine earlier today. Tried re-setting it but that did nothing. Any ideas ?

Wheel shaft snapped?

Had a look at the control panel settings for the mouse already mate?
-
Connect it to another PC (standard Windows drivers will be fine).
If it has the same problem, the mouse is FUBARED...in which case, call Logitech and they'll ship you a new one FOC (all Logitech kit has 5 year warranty).
If it works on the other PC, you need to sort your's.

Leave some cheddar out overnight, you'll have a new mouse by the morning :y :y

Did they replace your "faulty" keyboard from a few weeks back KW ::)

I can feel the notches as the wheel is rotated so I assume the wheel shaft is ok and all the right boxes are ticked and relevant settings all in order on Control Panel.
How very strange :-/
Not a major issue if not sorted. Only a few months old so I'll take it back.
"Hello...I wish to register a complaint...hello Miss !?!" ;D

Panic over. Re-started PC and normal service has been resumed.
Thought it strange for a Logitech item to throw a wobbly so soon.
Thanks for the input folks :y

Probably down to a dodgy Logitech driver mate - you may find it better on a std windows driver :y
-
I was about to send my parents cats over from Gorseinon for you but as its the PC variety no need :y
Its probably a windows update downloaded and interfered with the drivers the reboot sorted it out ;)

The windows up-date makes sense. It was in mode standby for several hours. Anyhoo, all sorted.
