am sure i have seen a post like this before but just incase i am wrong
Who has the highest mileage mig
mines just reached 111,000 so not that bad for a 2000 model
-
Mine is a 1998 R reg and has 132k miles,
there was a thred here a few weeks back and I am sure someone here had 200k Miles on theres
-
Ive seen them on fleabay with around 300,000 miles on the clock.ex taxis presumably.
Regular oil and filter changes and sensible maintenance and the engines will run forever imo.
-
123k on 2000 2.2, and its about to start racking up some serious miles soon!

20K above average for the year, but just about run in if it has been serviced on time.
-
well my old 94 2.5td had done 230k miles, probably been scrapped now though as i traded it in for my current one which has 160k miles.
My old one still drove fine when i got rid and it was definatly not looked after well by previous owners and i didnt really look after it much either as it as just a stop gap car really. Really i recon it could have been fixed up a bit for not alot and used for a good few more years but i wanted that 3.2 v6 while i can still afford to run it lol.
-
148900 for mine :y
-
My last one covered 285,00 when i sold it.Only ever cost me the normal servicing plus wear and tire. The chap who bought it still has it and goes back and forth to La Rochelle(western France) every weekend so must be on at lease 500,00 and he tells me except for a couple of cambelts and bulbs nothing goes wrong.
Ps i also have a 1.8 petrol Pug 406 that's still working as a cab that's on 290,00 :y

That was my 1994 2.5 V6. I took it for its MOT a few weeks ago and it turned out that it was going to need significant welding to the sills. It also needed a new battery, two new tyres and I would have changed the cambelt if I had kept it. I traded it in for a 2003 2.6 Elite 3 weeks ago.
I was told yesterday that it was last seen hanging from the crane at a scrap yard :( sad really because I had kept on top of the mechanical maintenance over the 6 years I had owned it and still had every confidence in it. Unfortunately it was suffering from the scabby doors, rusty wheel arches and stone chips that old Omegas succumb to :'(
-
My 3.2 has just 38k on it, but i got 135k on my 98 3.0 elite, it was still A1 just a bit of a weep around the cam covers when i sold it....the guy that bought it was taking it to the Nurburgring
-
My last Elite had only 123k miles on it, not bat for an M reg,
had a V reg mondeo 1.8 diesel it had 312k miles, got scraped as the sills were dead.
-
105.000 on my 96, and no rust on door tops, tiny bit beginning to appear on the bottom of drivers side rear door which I hope to fix soon.. No rust at all on wheel arches. :)
-
Just over 92k on my current Miggy, and had 106k on my previous one before it went to the great scrapyard in the sky.
-
Got a low mileage 2.5TD Elite with just 152,000 miles on it. Feels barely run in to be honest. ;D ;D
-
Every vx i have ever owned have all been high milers and never had any trouble at all with them apart from the usual wear and tear, and i have always said i wouldent buy any other car apart from a vx. :y
-
155k on my MV6 before i got bored of it n scraped it
it did fail its MOT on a few major things too tbf the omega will do galactic mileage but not like an old merc will a W124 will do 200k easily before any major work is required
-
155000 on the 1999 elite
123000 on the 1995 gls
98000 on the 1999 cd
all still going strong
