A guy goes to the doctor for some Viagra. He can't take the tablets so has to get an injection. The trouble is that it only works for 30 mins. He takes it and goes home but can't find his wife anywhere. After 25 mins he calls the doctor and says
"Doctor I cant find my wife anywhere and the Viagra is about to wear off!"
The doctor replies "What about the au pair?"
the man shouts back "I don't need it for the au pair!"

I tried viagra once, bloody thing got stuck in my throat, had a stiff neck for hours  :( :(
