Title: garanteed before 12

ordered auto box sump and filter gasket from jpat sent it by tnt garenteed before 12 today sat here still waiting not happy at all >:(

just arrived  asked driver why it want here by 12 no reply thats tnt parcel express for you

Free delivery is the least I would expect after that, as they did not honour thier agreement.

just been told that he tried earlier and couldnt find my street so compensation wont be paid then i said thats funny as he has deliverd to my address before they then told me to get my delivery money back from j pat

.......irrespective of the navigational expertise or otherwise of the driver, the contract was to have the item delivered by noon - if it wasn't in you hand by then surely you can claim for a breach of contract and seek compensation :-/ :-/

IME they rarely deliver multi drop before what ever o'clock its meant to be. Cant possibly deliver a whole van full in that amount of time. Some will inevitably be late. And depends if the before 9 and before 10o'clock ran to time as well. By 12 o'clock hes probably only just finished the 10 o'clock deliverys. Shouldnt let em off with it though.

I orderd a couple of books from Amazon yesterday around mid-morning. They both arrived about an hour ago via City Link.  :y  :y  :y
