on my 1999 omegas are they
EOBD
OBD
OBD11
CAN
or what looking for a cheap reader but dont know what i need any help appreciated :y

OBD AFAIK, OBD2 didn't hit till 2001 here, CAN is much later although there are some CAN devices on the facelift migs.
