The safety officer at the Electrical and Electronic Engineering department where I studied at university was a Dr. De'ath. One and the same perhaps? Seemed quite appropriate considering what we used to get up to during lab practicals (and in the bar, of course) ::).

I have a friend whose name is Cher...and lived in an area of Neath called Fairyland.
http://www.neath-porttalbot.gov.uk/default.aspx?page=1084

She was walking home one evening and had a bit of a problem explaining this to a police officer that was new to the area. Fair doos to him, he'd only asked if she was okay walking alone late at night.
