My previous Omega, 2.0 GLS manual, used to give about 30MPG, or 440miles between fill-ups. That was a mixture of town/motorway, driving at 69.9999mph :)

avaraged out at about 35 MPG by the computer and i was hammering it when the road was clear.

did do a check and 30 odd miles at 65-70 it worked out at 45 MPG

Manual

but mine run on GAS james so i dont have a clue how the MPG really works i dont know if the computer gets fooled that its on GAS.

Ill fill he back uptonight and work it out

Got rid of my 1996 - 2.0 CD a couple of years back, but I am pretty sure on a decent run it would easily get 40 mpg. In and around town it was mid 30's.
