Post by: Mr Skrunts on 07 November 2009, 20:26:12
Found this regards a twin turbo beemer conversion, think it was an M5 with the V8 init.

How efficient would they be mounted at the opposite end of the car.

(Give you all something to debate)

Why the flexi joins on the zorst, before the chav me  turbos?

Surly there is not going to be that much movement in the pipe?  :-/

Still don't get why it needs the flexi? V6's don't have these as the engine is smoother. Flexis (as i understand it) are used to cancel out the vibrations caused by the engine.

Being a V8, its going to be smooth anyway, and that far back there is not going to be that much movement  :-/

Thats me  ;D - I just wondered why it was there, i have to ask Why all the time in my job, it carries on when i get home  ;D

Actually that does nothing for me, i would rather have a standard M5!

Totally agree, 815bhp in the UK or any public road, cant see the point other than provong a point on the odd accasion.

Plus imagine the ammount of stops to top up with go juice.
