I have allways been PAYG, kept the same number with Orange never had a problem, £5 top up might last 6/8 months on occasions as I have no real need to make calls with it.
A mate came over yesterday, he has just got a new LF 99? something or othe that looks a bit like his new apple phone thats only on O2 (apparently ::) ::) )
He went on to mention that his contract is £10 a month (not 100% - but think he said 3G) 700 mins any network or 700 texr meassage.
Now I do understand that this price may well be after some customer loyalty, but for the sake of a tenner a month I have asked him to recomend to see if I can get the same deal, and even better if I can move my Orange number over to them as reception is naff since I moved.
Anyone else know of any cheap contract deals out there.
TIA. :y :y

see my contract on the other thread, once your a long standing customer say 5+ years they do everything to stop you leaving to another network.

Except offer you a better handset than the one you already have in order to bribe you away from the giveaway package ;)

Sadly when you transfer you msisdn to PAYG, your powers go, when on contract they will bend over backwards.

I keep intending to go to a (cheap) contract again, I should be able to get a third off O2 by working for Heinz.

Think I have been with mine for about 17 years now, since the original brick. Have a contract but nothing like people seem to have nowadays, but I only use it to make the odd call or text, and testing, for me is easier and cheaper on skype.... :-X
