it dont say wot snapped cat or belt however,is mg short for moggy gutted or mgf mean moggy got fu***d, needless to say damage to this engine could be CATastrophic,it may need an inspection by a man hoo can to ensure it could be restored to PURRfect condition. He lives in London bet its CATford, not only that i heard it got damaged driving driving over cats eyes & if he dont live in CATford i bet its PURRley. Heard him drive it MMMEEEEEEOOOOOWW. Still at the end of the day 8 out of 10 mg owners said their cats prefURED it. Gonna leave the stella alone now, being WHISKed off somewhere nice, nite peeps PUURRfect, HIC,HIC :D :D

message him asking if any of the cat's parts were salvageable as yours needs a kidney or new leg or something ;D
-
I bet that car purrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrsssssssssssss like a kitten :o

Seriously though........How would the cambelt get chucked off by a foriegn body, cat or whatever. I can understand the other drivebelts getting effected but all the cars i've had have had cambelt covers ! No pussy would have got near them.
I think the cat story is to throw people off the real cause of the failure.
All smells a bit fishy to me. :

I think we should CATalogue all these replies. Do you think the car is a write off? I mean, a CAT Dead or anything?
Anyway, cat snapped the cambelt? I don't think so. Soft gooee cat vs very strong belt and metal mecahnism with 190bhp? Naaaaah. I smell a rat (or is that a cat?).
Maybe they could use the car for panto next christmas. How about 'Puss in bits, in a bag in the boot' or 'Im screaming of a shredded puss puss'
Meeeeeeooooooooowwwwww. That hurt!
