Well having got my Omega sorted it drives lovely :D
2.5 cd 1998 manual
with:
3.0 polished throttle body, 3.0 cams, new water pump and belts
cleaned out breathers and plenum
new plugs and leads and fuel filter
new cam cover gaskets (get OEM parts at trade price...far better than pattern parts)
K+N replacement filter element with added air feeds to stock airbox
M-Tek chip
Irmscher suspension kit
Yoko tyres all round
Just waiting on funds to get a powerflow complete exhaust system
Getting 400 miles to a tank and still averaging 28-30 mpg :)
Well happy :y

OK Andy your getting great mileage, but I'm guessing you didn't do all that work just to improve mpg ::)

I bet it puts a big smile on his face every time he turns the key :)

I'm sure sure that is bl**dy good fun to drive now though! :D
