Please start your sentences with a capital letter. Thank you. ;D

Nope. :o :o :o..........I was expecting "break off to the Merc forum then"  ::) ;D

Its not what I was looking for at all,I wanted a big luxury car with LPG, but I got fed up looking, so when this came up on the bay I had a bid and won it.
Only about 80,000 miles,80 year old driver, just stopped driving etc.Havent actually seen it in the flesh yet but as long as its as described then it should be my daily transport within the next 2 or 3 days. :y

Dont know if I paid a bit over the odds or not, past caring tbh, but it will do for a while until I find something that excites me.At least it should do more than 24mpg.
I might delete the post after 5 minutes as it has all the pay now stuff etc. someone could get mischievious and I could end up in a mucking fuddle.

The roads on the early part of the VXR clip, what were they? Looked nice, should stretch the beemers legs  8-)

Good Tax and Mot, tidy car. That will last you for ever if that's what you want. I dont think you over paid.

God, I hate those interiors.

My first job is to try to find a leather interior if poss. Cant see me getting one for the price you can get  Omega ones on here though.
Dont know if it will be a keeper or not tbh, might be a bit too boring, will see how it goes. But it does look a tidy example Its only in Ipswich so might be able to pick it up tomorrow. :y

i think you're confusing the long running gag on top gear when JC was waiting to take delivery of his Ford GT so wouldn't say anything bad about Ford - there you go  :y

by the way - what a pile of ?@X!! that X6 is - can't wait to show a neighbour who just got one - hehe - maybe the wifes Legacy can pull him out of trouble  :y

Obviously not buying it for its performance, much more interested in having something which does more than 24mpg and doesnt need more maintenance than 1970,s Ferrari. ;)
I have a pretty quick bike for when I feel the need for speed Tunnie, you on the other hand not only have a 2.2 Omega but a BMW motorbike as well. :P ;) ;D ;D ;D

I dont fancy spending lots of money on repairs/maintenance/petrol. I'd rather spend it on other things.

Aye, 2.2 is for pounding the motorway, don't need performance then. Who wants to rush to work?  ;D

At least your buying just before Merc qauility went down the crapper

could have had a newer prettier one for not much more money but the build quality would have been a worry. ;)

I hope  Merc engines like VX 10/40 semi. ;D ;D
