If you can find out what ( if any ) graphic card it has you can try the manufactures web site for updated drivers .... i'e Nvidia or ATI . All depends on the laptop if its an integrated card or like mine PCI express and changeable .

You may struggle with this I am afraid. MW is very graphics heavy, unless you have an expensive gaming laptop it may not work for you, sorry.

Check the minimum spec for the game on the side of the box and compare it to the spec of your laptop.

Unfortunately, it looks like your laptops video card can't handle the data stream required to play this game :(

any laptop is going to stuggle with COD4 MW, infact it will struggle with COD3, most laptops share main ram for use on the graphics card, even if its got dedicated memory its going to need at least 512 to even have a hope in hell of running it.

Might be worth posting your laptop model, so we can check its tech specs  :y

There should be some numbers after L300D, that gives us the final spec. Its like saying i have a Vx Omega, there are loads of different versions of that model.

Quick search suggests its something like this:

http://www.redstore.com/TOSNOT06F

Similar spec to what you mention, bad news is for graphics its uses intel GMA 4500MHD (which is a shared motherboard type) also refered to as 'integrated'

Sorry but its not going to have a hope in hell in running any computer games, its going to struggle to do Solitaire!

I used to be a big PC gamer, but the constant need to buy the latest and greatest graphics cards, for my PC got annoying, and expensive!

If you want games, get yourself a PS3 of Xbox360, just pop them in, and they always work, no setup required  :y

You should try this site to test your P.C for gaming and your see if you can play it ..

Can your computer run that game  :question

What it does :

This site provides a One-Click solution that looks at your computer's hardware and system software to determine whether or not your current system can run a product. Each of your computer's components is evaluated to see how well it meets the minimum and recommended requirements for specific products. Recommendations are made on how to update or upgrade each component which does not meet the listed requirements. Sometimes, a simple, free software download is all that is needed. Sometimes you'll find that you need a different video card to fully experience what the game has to offer.
