Title: kids off already

Only been back one day,and their off again due to bad weather,anyone else suffering the same. >:(

I will keep my son at home tomorrow if the snow lays, always do if it snows, love having the kids here though to be honest  :)

Mine went in at 8.30 and were back home by 12.00. Burst pipe apparently, but they are going back tomorrow (As long as we don't get too much snow overnight of course)

Every local school listed as closed except ours so far.....bugger! :(

Kids won't be going in this, its shin deep here and still going, not worth the risk!

1st day back for Miss Vamps, got a phone call from the Child Minder at 8.20am to say the school is closed. I was on a training course today so could not take the day off. Too tight to pay her for the day gave my parents a ring, live in the same village, so she was sent round to keep them busy. There again tomorrow. I feel sorry for those parents who do not have an alternative, at least we have either the Child Minder or my parents.
And then I drove the 12 miles into work myself  :D :D :D

Oh, and Miss Vamps, she is delighted...... ;D ;D
