An old neighber of mine used to have those plastic light weight balls with holes in, then he tied them to the washing line with fishing line to practice his swing.

Where did you buy the fitting from?

it was in a empty house i was working on, i told the clerk of works it was broke so i took it out and put a normal batten holder in its place, this is a very expensive light that ive now got in my lounge. ive a nice new built in oven waiting to be fitted here as well, i think its broken.  ;)  :)
