Used to do it on a daily basis richie, up six flights with a bag of plaster on each shoulder.
The reason being: I had my own firm, and when the labradors used to complain that it was hard work, I'd run up with two bags, tell them they were wimps and then collapse around the back for half an hour, suckin it in. Wheeze ;D

that was the new building we did for meryll lynch, think it cost about 80million for the refurb. most a total waste of money.

Not so sure I'd do a 30 minute stint for an iPod, but if you do like it then may I suggest you ditch that shit known as iTunes and use Anapod Explorer instead.
Anapod Explorer allows you to treat the iPod for exactly what it is, nothing more than an external hard drive (ie, you simply "drag & drop" your media to it through Windows Explorer).

That is interesting. Have been thinking about a source of tunes for the car. Got fed up with messing about with CDs and listening to the same 4 over and over when I have a server full of FLAC at home.
Most head units only appear to offer usable navigation of a collection if it's on an iPod - don't ask me why.
I would rather do without than use that crApple software though.
Hmm. Maybe a cheapie iPod and a head unit that'll talk to it, then. :-/

Yes I've got a 12 CD JVC fitted, so plenty choice.
However I picked up my son the other day, who hadn't been in the car for a year or so. When the music started he said " I'll name that tune in one". ;D ;D
Guess I'll have to change them some day ::)
