It looks really small from that pic.
What's under that bonnet a 1.2, and what about the boot? :o

Bonnet looks short too. Plese don't tell be there's a transverse engine and FWD under there >:(

I agree. This looks a more likely candidate to me.

Looks a bit better, but it looks kinda Mazda RX8ish don't you think?

A bit like a new Astra. I just got back form a short hol in Portugal, No Omegas :( The closest was a Vicky estate. Saw several Astras and quite a few Corsa's.

They're just artists' impressions of what a new Omega could look like. As far as I know, GM don't have any plans for a replacement as such - they seem to be pushing this Cadillac CTS in the "luxury sedan" sector. It was recently shown at the Geneva 2007 show.
Mind you, according to GM's website, the 2008 CTS does have a 3.6ltr direct-injection V6 VVT (variable valve timing) engine, delivering an estimated 223 kW/300 hp and 366 Nm of torque.....which sounds yummy. :P

As long as it is rear wheel drive and you can switch off TC then it could prove a replacement. Looks too much like a Mack lorry though. :-?

I see what you mean. The sides make me think S-class.
