Title: Anyone ever been to Iom TT?

I went first in 1995 when I was 12 with my Dad, I've been going most years ever since (pi**es my wife off). Just wondering if anyone on here has been? And what there favourite year was? Mine was 1995.

I have been to the Island but not during the TT. Went for the 1981 Manx Rally our honey moon. ;) :D
A trip to the TT was top of my to do list when my kids were growing up, I inteneded to go when they were "off my hands" (still arent) but after Joey died it doesnt hold the same appeal for me. :(

Guy i work with is a real bike head ,says it is brilliant to watch bikes hammer past you at 180+ ! , i get scared just watching them on tv  :o

went in 96, fantastic week despite the rain and the tent getting blown into the next field.

Should it continue though? They should build a short circuit imo. or a long short circuit i should say.
