This totalitarian call has been backed by articles and blogs in Time magazine and the New York Times."

Shows a fundamental lack of understanding of how the internet works to even propose it. ;D

MS don't like anything they can't charge you for and it looks as if they missed the boat on the internet. They are trying to make everyone pay them for letting their software work on their OS's and now they want to tax internet access. Time they went belly-up.
