Following a few cars, car in front was a wallied up Fester with big exhaust and rubbish rear lights.
He overtook Mr Slow so I followed, definately a sports model fester!
Didn't lose me either despite full car

As long as you did it with a big grin on your face it's ok :D

I would hope your V6 would blow away any fiesta

So would i! :o
I would expect my 2.2 to as well, might have to put it in sports mode and switch to petrol tho ::)

It was an XR2 type one - the girly shaped one if you know what I mean.
Definately been souped - got away from me for a second then when mine went to third I started to reel him in.
But then large executive with 2 blobbies and 3 children and a full tank of gas running on LPG chasing down a chavved up hot hatch - brilliant fun!

Very much so - even my wife didn't mind!
autos are not instant get up and go but when the V6 comes on stream and drag takes over from power to weight, hot hatches are history.
The fester is light my car knocks out about 170 when on gas, so up to 65 or so I just kept up with the fester.

This one may have been chavved up but didn't seem standard.
But then comparing my current car with my hot hatch from years ago, 1 litre bigger and 0.2 second quicker to 60. But my hatch did have the best manual gearchange I have ever driven!
The V6 Omegas really are fast road machines - get them over a certain speed and they fly

It may have been a fiesta turbo, not many left now I bet, back when I was into XR2's :-X :-[ all i wanted was one of them, they are stupidly quick for that size of car..
-
Ahhh the XR2 turbo! ;)
I used to drive one quite regularly. It was fun, and I thought damn quick.... then I got a Saab turbo! [smiley=evil.gif]
