Dust shield on passenger side was very close to the disc, too close, rotating the wheel with the pads out, could hear slight noise, bit if 'manual' adjustment with a screwdriver bending it out again, all is well. Took it up the Rugby club car park, span it around, no problems :)
Also cheers to Ferrari Jason for describing them
MarkDTM, only read your post as i got in :( But i did screw one bolt in so i could spin the disc faster

I only checked pads first time i stripped down, it was not touching, but it was damn close and it was making noise. Not sure how it happened really :-/

after you had taken the wheel off did you turn the steering by grabing the disc & caliper by any chance.

nope....it happened after i had to do some emergency braking to avoid a n00b who could not use lanes.
