Title: 2.2 DTI tuning
Post by: Radical1977 on 28 February 2010, 08:32:06
Has only tried any of the tuning boxes on the market for the 2.2 DTi omega engine - Tunit Box V-VP type or dragon Box etc..?

And did you notice any difference... power/less fuel??

Don't bother with the tuning boxes, get the car properly re-mapped at a specialist.

Pete on here has had that done as well as removing the cat and the results are very good from what I hear.

Had mine remapped by a specialist. I removed the cat which lets the engine breath easier.
Made quite a difference to performance & a little better on the fuel consumption :y
