It's the spectators that I don't understand. You have to be out of your mind to stand that close to a ton of metal travelling at 80mph and barely under control. >:( >:( >:(

If you want to see some superb amateur club rallying get yourself up to the Isle of Mull in October. I have been several times and it is well worth the journey! Colin even turned up to this once in his helicopter!
Tour of Mull rally is excellent. Closed roads and some very very good cars (6R4 Metros, Mk1 and Mk11 Escorts as well as subarus and mitsubishis and the like).

Very true. He managed to get to the top of his game without becoming an @rse. They say the good die young.
