I paid British gas £99 and signed up to their homecare agrement on monday cause the central heating would not work at my mums an dads empty house....So the engineer called at 6pm and serviced the system and i presumed fixed the fault that was stopping the heating kicking in....In a word NO he bloody well did not...Cause it fired up for him he left it alone and took the part back with him...I come round tuesday morning on my way home from work to check on the house and no heating no hot water no working gas fire!!! So i called British Gas up and told em its failed again Oh that will be another call out charge sir... No it bloody well wont be i said...So after speeaking to a helpful assistant ::) i finnally got through to em and an engineer was booked for tues afternoon between 12 an 6pm...So off i go and get 3 hrs sleep before returning back to mums to wait....When he finnally did arrive it was the same idiot as monday he takes 5 mins to fit the new circuit board for the gas fire and back boiler and it fires up and works a treat now or so i hope as i`m gonna check on it again this morning on my way home ::)...But why oh why did he not do this in the firstplace and save us all the hassle!!! Methinks i`ll try my arm at getting the £99 refunded for my troubles....Ah well alls well that ends well..... ::) ::) :D
