Title: Subject to LPP......................

...having a lot of e-mail's lately with those headings and having to send e-mails with the same, which is all down to an incident that occured in London last July, incidentally, whilst I was at the east anglia meet ::)

basically a cop out ..... :( 

Trying to say that whatever is in the e-mail can't be quoted/used in court, or subject to Freedom Of Information requests.... but ..

as far as I'm aware .. has never been tested before a Judge ??  who might think very differently .. :)

Unfortunately I am advising them of what they do not want to hear, and they are reluctant to commit to anything, until any reports are provided by the main authorities, subject to which certain individual (s), risk potential imprisonement :-X

Ermm yes, have a disc of information in front of me to go through by Monday afternoon :-/

Thankfully I know most of what is already on the disc already, I just need to check and verify before the meeting, then arrange a meeting with the loss adjusters, before proceeding further :o
