Five months of nothing, but " Due to the over whelming response, you have not been successful with your application".
I am completely gob smacked.........

I think there is a bit of confidence in the market at the moment. Even we are not getting rid of as many people as before :o

Yep, typical, as said. But now you can cherry-pick the best one. :y

Waiting for a bus etc etc and then they all pop along together.
Choices, choices, choices etc ::) :D :D :y :y

I could do with a bit of that right now.
It seems HR depts. don't even bother to acknowledge when you respond to an advert they place these days. Downright rude in my book. If I was applying speculatively it would be different. >:(
PS. Congrats BTW! :)

I believe the problem is they have quite a few hundred applications just for one position & so to reply to everyone (especally by post or phone) would be a nightmare.
I have lost count how many CV's i have sent out via e-mail & post. but only hear nothing.
I must say that it is very disheartening to not get a reply, but you have to just keep at it.
It's taken me five months >:( Bloody worth it though :y :y :y :y :y :y

No - I have been working, but our company has not had many orders compared to normal.
If we don't sell any systems what will pay our wages?
