Title: Unwanted e-mail

I think this is one for the administrators.
 Just had an e-mail from Mig performance Vauxhalls.A competitor web site I assume. Never heard of them!! Went on the link and it said " Welcome this is your first visit".
Whats worring me is, did my e-mail come from OOF or someone within OOF? >:(
If it did, I'm sure you guy's can sort it out. :y As I don't want my e-mail address being released without my consent.
I have never e-mailed anyone on this forum and have only used PM once or twice.
Hope you guys can help me on this.[smiley=dankk2.gif]

I am quite sure your e-mail address wouldn't have come from here.

Have you ever registered with the site concerned? I know from experience they do continue to e-mail ex-members.

I have checked your profile, and you had NOT chosen to hide your email address from registered members wishing to contact you via that method.

I have now adjusted your profile, so that your email address is only accessible to mods/admins of this site.

We certainly have not distributed any email address lists and never will

I've had a couple from migweb. Don't find it worrying, just delete them.

Thanks obviously thats whats happend. As I have never been on their site.
