Title: Not having a good year
Post by: cmeonthemove on 09 March 2010, 18:36:33
All started at Christmas time when I contracted suspected swine flu, which then developed into viral fatigue (ME) so was signed off for 2 months.   :'(

Just gone back to work and a week later I now have a pulled/torn neck muscle which is inflamed and trapping a nerve causing neck, back and arm pain. Bloody painful it is too! I'm now starting a course of 3 medications so going to be drugged up to the eyeballs by the end of the week.   :o

Most annoying as I can't wash the Elite as I can't move my arm much (left-handed and it's the left arm that's affected) and can't do the other jobs it needs, e.g replacing door lock & strap washers.

I'm normally quite a healthy person and I've only just turned 30 - feel like I'm turning into an old man already    >:(
