Title: Electric jar openers

Anyone had experience of this (http://www.amazon.co.uk/One-Touch-Automatic-Jar-Opener/dp/B0015S2BBW/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&s=kitchen&qid=1268232529&sr=8-4).

Being a "this can't beat me" sort of person I despise such things but apparently Mother's Day is coming up!

I would be interested in knowing if they work on the difficult ones.  I'm guessing they need to be kept well cleaned to grip?

yup, got one for the grand parents, they do actually work, and can easily be operated.  :)
