For going down the scrappy most of the day, albeit possibly wasted now we suspect its not the sensor >:(
And for spending time trying to fit it in the depths of the tractor...

Thanks mate :y
On the upside, at least we'll soon sort your Senny's horns...

Looks nice and clean inside your tractor TB :y

Good day overall although, I did get a bit ratty with the manifold on the scrappy tractor...
However when i got back, I managed to unclip the loom to the engine temp sensor, and put a socket with UJ into the brass 19mm AND get a meaty wrench down there, without removing the manifold!!
Won't make any sense to petrol owners, but try have a bash at that diesel owners :D
Day not completely wasted got a new horn for the Senny (from an AstraG) and a door window motor for my 2.2 :)

Yeah, I managed to get a lot done today. I taught the neighbours some new words when I couldn't yet the exhaust off the Rover, but that ended in success.
I was really a good, productive day, right until the end, what with the coolant sensor issue, and the intercooler problem ending the day on a real downer :(

Dont spose you saw a front bumper for a facelift while you where there Tunnie?
My front bumper decided to have a relationship with a towbar today :'(
About 5mph and without towbar no damage would have been done apart from possibly a scuff mark
Result was it took out the nearside front fog, broke the mounting for it .....and split the bumper :'(
My omega was locked onto the towbar.....i had to jack it up to release it :(
I think a trip to the bodyshop i use.....see if they can heat weld the split back together and respray it.....not sure how im going to fix the foglamp......i'll also need some new black plastic air vents that fit in the bumper....as a couple of those got mashed :'(

Well it was my fault STMO.....but i still blame the muppet in front of me....
At a junction in a side street.....muppet in front goes turning left.....im turning left too...i check right and i go...
Muppet stopped midway over junction....to allow car coming in opposite direction to get pass.
Result my bumper whacks his towbar :'(

I've nearly made this mistake at roundabouts a few times. Car in front starts to go, you look right and start to go, eyes front and the buggers stopped again. I now watch the car in front until its gone, then make my move.

Thats how I managed to scrap the ZX10 up the road - slamming front brake in panic on a bike when you're already lent over is always going to hurt :'(

If it has good ones, can you get the 'bleed over' pipes (or whatever they are called) - the ones that goes cylinder to cylinder - remember one of mine is still old braided one, and another was short...

leak off pipes mate!!! think they were old and knackered but will have a look, only a few quid to buy a whole reel of it and you just cut it to length required!!
