And am I missing something, I can't believe that no action was taken against the parents.
I mean a little boy died in the care of these people supposedly good friends.

Another terrible, heartbreaking story, where so many did nothing to stop it, least of all his parents who frankly seem very challenged in so many respects :'( :'(.
It makes one think again (very controversially!!) that some women should never have children. >:( >:(

Not so controversial IMO Lizzie, some women have no business giving birth, some men have no business drawing breath! ;)
