Something from my mail box.

Grand National Analysis

Classically not a race for serious cash but one where most take an interest.

Yes it's Grand National time again.

My missus tells me she has already worked out her system for the National.

She likes to bet grey horses for the simple reason that she finds them easier
to spot amongst the crowds and therefore gets a bit more enjoyment out of watching the race.

There is a certain cunning logic to that I guess.

So the house wife's choice in my house at least is likely to come from this list:

Character Building, King Johns Castle, Beat The Boys Beat , Piraya

I am praying it does not happen else my home life will be torture for ages to come.

I already get enough "I told you so" as it is :)

If like me you prefer to put a bit more thought into things with your selections
and try to use some logic and rational reason to come up with a shortlist,
have a look at Guy's National Analysis on the Blog.

He has found a 40/1 shot with a lot of positive statistical check marks.

I go for the winner of the Welsh National, cannot remember the name, but is from my home town. I believe that girls on the tills in Asda Merthyr own it.
