You can get them from a member on here called Robin Hood.  They are very reasonably priced at, I think, around £2.  I paid for mine via paypal.  The DVD is excellent and covers all aspects of the timing belt change.

Send Robin Hood a PM and he will, I am sure, advise you further.

Or PM James V6 CDX, who, for a very reasonable fee, will change your cambelt kit for you. :)
He is local to you and comes VERY highly recommended.

Genuine VX stuff is always recommended and its worth doing the water pump at the same time :y

If you can find somebody local with a Vx trade club card you will get some good discounts....

Thanks, Will see how the DVD helps and then consider the project, If its too much for my skills might ask one of the more experienced members to help (for payment obviously)
