Title: MOT day yesterday...
Post by: Welung666 on 22 April 2010, 07:41:58
... not for the Mig but for SWMBO's little Fester Courier van.

Well it failed miserably! By my estimation a good couple of days welding (both sills inner and outer, chassis section at the rear, hole in passenger footwell)! Also needs both wishbones, both ARB droplinks, steering rack plus more that I can't remember anymore! Guess what's getting broken via eGay ;D ;D

She's gutted as she uses it for her gardening business so now I'm trawling for a replacement, oh the joy  ::) ;D ;D

Lol....Fiestas have suffered major rot issues ever since the MK2 arrived (the Mk1's were pretty good).....and even today, they still do.

Yes, this one looked a little crusty but crumbled under the tester poker.

I'm not bothered, I hated the thing ;D Looks like I've found a newer one for her anyway that needs a bit of work. I'll just salvage what I need off the old one ;D
