There's a 10k resistor missing to the I95 ::)

Hmm. ::) Still, at least the magic smoke is still captive. :y

Thats the most important device in any electronic circuit

This may be one of the internal systems of “woman”.
The inclusion of “Vibrator”, Flux Capacitor and instruction to “bury deep, but not too deep” would all suggest this is some form of pleasure circuit.
The expensive chip is obviously vital as that’s the one that requires particularly highly priced bling to satisfy it’s inputs.
Neck strap and electric eel could also be connected with pleasure centres (depending on the source vendor for these items)!
What seems to be missing is the core random generator!
If this was a bloke circuit, the timer chip would be missing, and the most expensive chip would be replaced by the cheapest chip seen in less than 5 minutes.
Of-course there are some blokes that might include some of the circuit features shown! (Mr Loo Knee)

Now, that reminds me of 9AM Monday morning complex maths lectures at university (when you were still half-cut from the weekend - whoever dreamt up that timetable was a sadist). >:(

:P`What-ever can you mean; random!?! ::)
....but a well-argued synopsis, Mark. ;D

Did you copy that out of Haynes Debs? :) ;)
