Title: Traffic Survey????

We've all seen the (mostly) retirement age ladys and gents sitting in what looks like their own car with signs saying 'Traffic Survey'. Usually 2 or 3 cars at a time and they rarely are looking at the road.

Whats it all about then?

But they always seem to have their head stuck in the local paper or chatting amongst theirselves.

i've seen these easy money i'd say. All they do is count how many cars trucks bikes go by in a minute times it by 60 and sit back and fall asleep for an hour and do it again who's to argue how many car went by ;D ;D ;D ;D

I think the fact that everytime I've seen them, they've been in Honda Jazz's does indeed point to the conclusion that they are their own vehicles  ;D
