Title: My most posts are now here
Post by: Martin_1962 on 14 April 2007, 21:10:29
I am on a few forums but now my highest post count is here!

I just hope we don't get so big we don't know who people are.

I hope to have every Omega owner signed up here. Of course it will never happen, but I feel every owner should be entitled to all our help and info :)

I think we already have more than the others already, and we are growing.

We offer more in terms of support and knowledge than anywhere else.... oh and we do it for free!  :)

When you know 3/4 of the posters it is great when you recognise 1 in 10 it is a bit soul less

Possibly. But we will never turn away Omega owners who need help...

But we have a core of around 50 or so members that we all know so way or another, when it gets to 4000 or 5000 regular members you find it difficult to chat so post rates go down.

5000 Omega owners - now that would be a fantastic meet  :o

Yes, despite me admining and moderating other sites, I have the highest count here, and this is the newest of the sites I am involved in in an admin/mod perspective...

It does not matter how big the forum gets you will still have your Core Members

I was a Mod on a forum awhile back for My 3D Package i use and it started small like here and within 6 years there were over 6'000 members but the Members who stuck about all the time the Core Members kept the spirit of the forum alive.

Same thing will happen here.
