Title: Good bad and ugly day at work today!
Post by: david_omega on 11 May 2010, 22:56:24
Mate used my focus (with the new engine etc) and managed to blow it up,

UTE had the 3.0 fitted, except the mounts are different, and already scrapped the 3.0 sub frame so have had to cut off the old ones with a torch, and fabricate new ones.

On a good note, having changed 2x o2 Sensors, plus a faulty MAF on the 2.2 (just put new head gaskett on it also - and a cam belt), it is now running smoth and sweet,

so, bit of good bad and ugly!!, anyhow, 13 hours in a garage p**sing about with omegas is enough for me for one day!

motor trade has its ups an downs, constantly changing so much so it drives you up the wall. now an again you fix or diagnose it spot on and your back on top. better than  office politics any day. :)
