The leader of a terrorist cell planning an attack on Easter shoppers in Manchester cannot be deported back to Pakistan in case he is tortured, a tribunal has ruled.

I totally agree with that >:(

Apparently the court decided it would infringe his "human rights"! ::) ::)
So someone hates this country so much that he can threaten the lives of those who live here, but we don't deport this obvious foreigner?!!!! >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(
Absolutely barmy! >:( >:(
He has lost any claim to "human rights", and should be hung drawn and quartered before his parts are fed to the pigs >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(

It's gratifying to see that we toe the EU line so assiduously - we are worthy children to those principled parents 8-) :y :y

Don't hold your breath with this one !.
Sadly, this is why foreign people who have come into this country, with an agenda against the British government & people of this country, live here, knowing that they can do what the hell they like, because we can't deport them, so there's no worry about it.
It's an unfortunate state of affairs when the government are too afraid of being called racist, and so won't meet the problem head on.
Remember it was long ago, just before the voting, when several politicians were asked about this subject, and no-one was brave enough to answer it directly.
We have more chance of Hell freezing over first, before anything will seriously get done about the farcical situation

I'd lay money that if it were a white British man, it would've been a totally different outcome.
Still I suppose thats classed as racist ::)

IMHO people from any ethnical background of any colour or race who threaten violence to innocent human beings from any country in any country should lose their human rights, and if I am on a soapbox, I apologise..

With you all the way Sixstring...
The people that do these things are not human, so how can they be protected by human rights !!!!!!! >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(
