Title: Stretched Limo?

Saw this while I was at work in the Jewish Quarter of Salford today.
What the hell is it and surely they don't intend to drive the bloody thing do they?
Photos were taken from my van at the roadside so ther ain't anywhere else it could go but on the road really.

Oh and a question for our traffic officers and MOT testers, does woodworm count as an MOT failure?  ;D

Being serious  ::)  Morgan cars have had an ash frame for ever, and the wood at the back of a Morris Traveller was actually structural.
