999/1000 its either faulty hardware or a duff driver. The BSOD should give a clue as to which driver - get the STOP code, the four numbers in brackets after the stop code, and the process which caused it...

i did read somewhere a while ago that my laptop was built with hardware from another laptop previously before mine came out, which included a duff disc drive, its an advent 7105. i should of listened to pc world when i bought it as they told me not to buy it. i presumed it was just sales bull to be honest, we live and learn as they say.

Try another internet browser, it could be something about your current browser....
Assuming you are using Internet Explorer, try Mozilla Firefox...

PC World will always try to push you higher up the scale of the computers they sell...
Advent is just a generic computer brand, with parts that are not inferior quality to others they sell... The BSOD usually refers to a software failure, however, sadly can refer to a pending Hardware failure...
If you are only getting the BSOD when you are on the internet and only in the forum, it shouts of software to me...
