A little boy is sitting on the toilet and try as he might he can`t answer nature`s call. His Mum, wondering why he`s in there for so long, pops her head round the door and sees him smacking himself on the top of his head. "Tommy, why on earth are you doing that to your head" she asks.
"Well Mum, little Tommy says, "it works with the bottle of ketchup" :D
